About Us
TIP Friendly Society Staff Association was incorporated on March 16, 2006. The organisation was formed primarily to have representational rights for the employees of TIP Friendly Society.
Our Objectives
All permanent employees of TIP Friendly Society can become mebers of the Association. All members have voting rights, may serve on special committees and hold executive office.

Our Objectives
- to negotiate for the improvement of salaries and benefits on behalf of our members
- to monitor and represent staff on issues relating to, grievances, performance, behaviour and work environment
- to promote the social, educational and professional development of our members
- to advance the interest of the Society by promoting greater staff productivity
- to facilitate improved relationship between our members and their employer, TIP Friendly Society
